- How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is now free! If you order one shirt (or caftan), it will ship free by USPS 1st Class Mail or you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for only $3. When you buy two or more shirts (or caftans) (or any combination), you will automatically receive free shipping by USPS Priority Mail. THESE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE FOR SHIPPING IN THE USA ONLY. Contact us regarding international orders. Click the link on the left that says "Shipping Charges" for complete details.
- Why is Florida sales tax 7.5%?
Don't worry. If you live in Florida, you will only be charged the correct amount of sales tax for the county the merchandise is being delivered to. We have had some issues automating sales tax for all 67 Florida counties, so to stay in compliance with the law, we initially assess 7.5% on your order, including any shipping charges. Then, when processing your order, we look to see your county and then adjust your credit card or PayPal charge, if necessary, to reflect the correct amount (and we notify you on your packing slip). Thanks for your understanding while we try to work out the kinks!
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do! We are happy to report that we are now accepting VISA, MasterCard, and Discover through our site. We also accept payments using PayPal, which acceopts all major credit cards, as well as electronic checks. You will need to use PayPal if you wish to use American Express to pay. You will also need to use PayPal for international orders.
- How long will it take to get my shirts?
We ship many orders the same day they are received but never any longer than 2 business days from the time we receive your order. The US Post Office advises that once we ship, you can expect to receive a priority package within 2-3 days of when we ship it, or a first class mail package within 2-4 days. However, our experience generally shows that first class mail arrives a bit slower than priority mail. We will email you to notify you when your package has shipped. We will also send you a tracking number at the same time.
- Do you ship outside of the USA?
We are happy to ship these wonderful shirts all over the world. Please note, however, that the shipping charges and options that appear on the website are ONLY for shipments within the USA. Please contact us by email before ordering to get a shipping quote and procedures for your country. We are unable to return calls to phone numbers outside the USA. We will only charge you what the post office charges us to ship our shirts to you. We do not add any fees to the shipping rates for international shipping. In order to give you an accurate quote, we will need to know how many shirts you want to order and the sizes, as international shipping charges are determined by weight. We require payment through PayPal for international orders. Please click on the link to the left that says "Shipping Charges" for complete details.
- Do you offer overnight shipping?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer overnight shipping at this time.
- Are these authentic Rima Beachworld brand shirts?
They sure are! Those of you who are familiar with this product know the quality is second to none. Company co-owner Jeff first purchased a couple of Rima shirts during a visit to St. Maarten in 1993 and now he wears nothing else. Once you try them, you'll understand why. Accept no substitutes! Only the Rima brand gives you this level of quality at an affordable price.
- Do you have any shirts for ladies?
All of our shirts are "a man's cut." This means the buttons are on the right side of the shirt (looking down as you are wearing the shirt) and the buttonholes are on the left side of the shirt. Our shirts are straight cut with no darts or inward tailoring. Many ladies love the shirts just like they are and find them to be a good fit. Other ladies like to wear them open over a tank top or long dress and other ladies tie the bottom for a cute, casual look. We have also seen many of our shirts used as beach cover ups, since they are so light and dry so quickly. And don't forget to check out our line of Ladies' Caftans for that garment made just for her.
- Do you have a store somewhere?
No, we do not have a "bricks & mortar" store but we do have our online store available to you 24 hours a day. This cuts down tremendously on the amount overhead incurred, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.
- I don't see the shirt that I saw when I visited your website last time.
Most of our shirts are in limited quantities at any one time so that we can offer the widest varieties and selections in as many sizes as possible. We list everything we have at any time on our site, so there's no "secret stash" of shirts we are holding back. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter. It's the best way to know when new stock has arrived and been listed on the site.
- What about special requests?
We LOVE special requests and we'll work hard to find the right items for you. Whether you want his & her similar shirts, identical shirts, or a number of matching or coordinating items, let us find the perfect shirts for you.
